Greg Miller is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience across a variety of healthcare sectors, including inpatient behavioral health, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and institutional pharmacy. Previously Greg served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Springstone, a leading behavioral healthcare company. Greg also served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Trilogy Health Services, a senior housing company with 100+ campuses across multiple states. Prior to Trilogy, Greg was Chief Development Officer at Kindred Healthcare, a public post-acute care company with over $6 billion in revenue and comprised of long-term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health care and rehabilitation services divisions.

Prior to joining Kindred, Greg worked in the Health Care Group of Houlihan Lokey, a leading middle market investment bank, where he was most recently a Senior Vice President. At Houlihan Lokey, he was active in all areas of corporate finance, including mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.

Greg earned a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
